Bottles Air Conveyors
Air bottle conveyors use fans to create a directed air flow that gently moves light, fragile bottles, minimizing the risk of breakage. Designed for high hygiene standards, they are easy to clean. Their flexibility means they can be adapted to different bottle sizes and shapes, and easily integrated into existing production systems. They are ideal for applications requiring speed and precision in bottle handling.
The advantages of our conveyors
- PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) and HDPE (High-density polyethylene) bottles
- Stainless steel (100% inox)
- High mechanical strength
- No time limit for the containers
- Upgrading automation technology
- Suitable for very light bottles and difficult bottle types
- High-speed conveying of empty and unsuitable bottles
- Compatible with bottles from 0.20L to 3.0L
- Flexible layout
- Saves floor space

Our related products
The Under-Collar Guide
The under-neck guide conveys and guides the bottle through its collar. It can be fixed, clip-on or automatic.
The Lateral Guide
Fixed
Conveys a single bottle format.
Manual
Allows different bottle formats to be conveyed, and manual changeover from one format to another.
Pneumatic
Allows different bottle formats to be conveyed by pneumatic cylinders (2 positions). Piloting can be electrically or manually operated.
Electric
Conveys different bottle formats using an electric cylinder.
eX: 2 level multi-position guide, electrically adjustable along the abscissa axis (X axis) for all bottles conveyed.
eXY: 1 multi-position level electrically adjustable along two axes (abscissa and ordinate, XY)
Fixed on pneumatic cylinder 2 positions / 3 positions
The Shoulder Guide
Use for tapered bottles.
The Turnouts
We have two types of switch: rotary and drawer switches, for collection or distribution from one or more downstream or upstream machines.
The rotary
Equipped with a manual or automatic function, it is flexible and allows 2-lane production (2 lanes on 2, 1 lane on 2 or 2 lanes on 1), making it suitable for a wide range of bottle formats.
With drawer
Easy to install, it takes up very little space.
The Filtration
Depending on the level of filtration you require, we offer 3 types of filter.
Gravimetric filter
Standard filtration.
Opacimetric filter
A G4 filter and an F7 filter are installed at the fan intake.
High-efficiency filter
Equipped with a G4 filter and an F7 filter, followed by an H13 filter.
The Height-Adaptator Box
This is an interface between a mechanical belt and an air conveyor for the passage of several bottle formats. It allows adjustment of a maximum height difference of 200mm.
The Ejection System
Allows bottles to be emptied, sampled or ejected when the accumulation front rises.
Train Formations / Stop
Enables train formation upstream of a switch or at the beginning of a line.
Air Trains Training (ATS)
Enables trains to be formed at the beginning of the line for very difficult bottles or high-speed lines.
Cappings
This is an additional protection that can be added to the standard conveyor. It reduces external air induction and ensures better cleanliness of the blowing channel. We offer 2 levels of protection :
Clean - 2 sides
2 plexiglass side panels
(optional: possibility of adding an underside)
Aseptic - 3 sides
2 opening Plexiglas side panels and sliding bottom panels, ensuring dust and air tightness for clean lines.
